Customer service was amazing!!! It's what I imagine life us to be like, you know when people were respectful and kind to one another. Bed took a couple days to adjust to, but I haven't slept this good since before I had kids!

The bed is firm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it but I know most people like to test out beds before they buy them. I was skeptical too but tuft and needle has a great return policy.

After using it for 3 weeks, still getting back aches. Probably is going to take a few more weeks to adjust to it.
Do not wake up when spouse gets in & out of bed at night. :)
Mattress does not move around like old one did. :)
