We have been delighted with every aspect of your company and your product. The mattress has been a dream (pun intended) to sleep on.
Now, it's only been a bout two weeks, so that's the only reason I could not give it a 10 - we'll see what time has in store for us.

It is more firm than imagined. My back feels much better but my shoulders hurt. I think I am changing positions more frequently
