The mattress was really nice, well made, shipped quickly and comfortable. I have shoulder issues so it was still a bit too firm though. However. the customer service is amazing and they sent out the mattress topper right away and the 2 together are AMAZING!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH. My husband and I are now sleeping better than ever.

So comfortable! This mattress is really nice because honestly you don't even need a box spring. So much easier to manage than those huge old fashioned mattresses. If you really like super firm mattresses, this may be a little too soft for you. I personally hate super squishy beds myself. This mattress is perfect, not to soft, yet not too firm either. Love!

My husband and I were a little bit skeptical on buying a mattress without ever having tested it. We looked at several comparable and popular brands and landed on Tuft & Needle because their service was considered a step above others.
A few months in and we love our bed. It’s comfortable and exactly as described. Shopping was fast and easy.
Moving the bed to our bedroom in the box was fantastic because our staircase has a large turn in it making moving a California King a bit of a pain at when it’s a standard style mattress. We will buy again in the future for our kids!

I was so hopeful for my tift and needle king bed. Its our first king and we were so excited but this bed is 10/10 firm. We’ve had it about a month and a half and it hasnt relaxed at all. We will be returning this and going for a different mattress company.
