Every process about buying the mattress was perfect. It was hassle-free, it arrived earlier than estimated (which was two days from when we bought it) and it feels amazing. Only reason I didn't give it 10 is because I am more of a soft-mattress fan so this mattress is a little firmer than I would like BUT the mattress is still phenomenal. I fall asleep in 30 seconds and stay asleep all night (which is also not normal for me). Thank you!

I thought the mattress would be a bit firmer. My son order one a few weeks earlier and his seems a bit firmer. Also I am still getting warm when I sleep.
