The best customer service around! When I had originally purchased my T & N it had some loose strings that unraveled the mattress cover a bit- nothing too serious. The T & N customer service team addressed all my concerns within a very timely manner and professional demeanor. The bed itself is the perfect mix of soft but firm- paired with the mattress pad it has been amazing! I would highly recommend this product.

my friend was visiting me for a few days and she slept on it for three nights and she told me she slept very comfortable on it and it felt different with her own mattress and asked me where i got it from.

Great bed but have not fully decided if I will keep it. Does not support the pressure points on my lower back well. Great sleep but wake up with a sore stiff lower back. :(
