Great for side sleeper but not for back sleeper

This mattress is great for side way sleep but not great for people who like to sleep on their back. My back does not have proper support and feels uncomfortable as well which force me to sleep on the side ways. Just because of this reason 4 stars. Overall it is good product.

It was delivered on time in a box and grew into a mattress.....I am very happy with it. However I did add a Tuft and Needle mattress topper to soften it a bit....
