So far, so good. We are extremely pleased. The bed is comfortable and has definitely helped with my back pain. I feel more rested and energetic during the day. However, it feels like the bed is gradually becoming less firm. This is not a very good sign being that it has only been a little over a month; but time will tell.

The mattress is good. Wish it was a little bit softer. I hope it sleeps cooler, only time will tell. The mattress cover should be removable and washable.

Love this bed! Perfect amount of firmness. Shipping and unboxing was easy. You do have to break it in for a couple of weeks for it to get just right, but that was a small price to pay for such an awesome bed.
