I was nervous about buying a mattress sight unseen (felt), but the ordering and delivery process went exactly as described, and after sleeping on the mattress for a little over a week I'm convinced it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned.

The mattress I ordered came very quickly. Although I'm a small woman, I was easily able to move the box into my house and set up the mattress by myself. The video I was sent was very helpful. This mattress is on my guest bed, so I haven't slept on it yet, although I plan to. But lying on it was a very pleasant experience. I love the fact that the mattress is both solid and light, so I can maneuver it by myself!

I love my experience with Tuft & Needle, but I'm having some trouble with the mattress being a bit too hard. Some pressure/pain points.

The mattress is so comfortable. We woke up the first night and had no pain, which is unusual for us. We are very happy with it!

Absolutely floored and impressed that I can order a mattress before 4pm and have it delivered the same evening. Super convenient and efficient. The text message beforehand was really helpful too, delivery came early as well. THANK YOU!

I have owned a Tuft and Needle mattress for years, as do most members of my family. It is by far the most comfortable mattress I have slept on!
