The delivery process you described was totally accurate! We are in the second week of our new bed. The bed itself is very comfortable and has really helped our sleep. We have never had a foam mattress before. I hope the coolness really works because we live in Florida!

I have already recoommened it to a friend and they just ordered theirs. The shipping and unboxing is super easy and the mattress has been great so far. We feel like it aligns our spines every night. So comfy and the best sleep we've had in a while.

I was a bit disspointed in the bed it hard and I have a bad back so I have to buy a topper for the bed. It's not what I expected.
