We'd purchased a Casper previously. I sleep like a baby. The Tuft mattress while good, is MUCH more firm. Still getting use to it.

First foam mattress I ever tried and it was a big mistake thinking I could get by with a cheap mattress. I bought one for my spare bedroom but never slept on it. Guests had no complaints so I figured I would replace my spring mattress with the same thing. I tried it for 1 month and began developing terrible neck, shoulder spine and head pain that worsened each day. I thought maybe it was my pillow. I bought 5 different pillows and returned them all. The pain became so bad I was in tears at my job. My chiropractor ordered new xrays and became severely concerned for my well being. I finally requested a refund and that very day I ran to the mattress store and bought a new spring mattress. I I haven't slept this well in years! Thnx for the refund and great customer service! Unfortunately, CA doesnt allow the donation of used mattresses so I have no choice but to take it to the dump.

I was looking for a firm mattress and was told the original one is the firmest. It’s not firm at all. I weight 117 pounds and my body sinks into the mattress. I have back pain when I wake up in the morning. I will return the mattress.

The supposed “original” mattress is no way like the one they started out with. I have an “original” on my king bed and it seems thicker and better then the new original. It’s like they turned their original into the Mint and lowered the standard on the original and jacked the price up on everything. It’s still comfortable for the most part but wonder if other companies would be better at the same price now.
