The mattress seems comfortable at first use. But after one month, waking up after long hours of sleep on this mattress does not give you a fresh feeling. Instead, I doubt I am having back pain from this mattress.

Not great for back sleepers, but great customer service

Great customer service, not a great mattress for back sleepers. Got back pain instantly after using it, gave it a month and returned after no improvement. The matress surface is medium, not firm or extra firm as claimed by others here. Don't get duped by that. It maybe decent for side sleepers though.

We experienced a Tuft and Needle mattress at an Air BnB. It was SO comfortable, I lifted up the sheets to find out what brand the mattress was. Unfortunately, we already purchased a (much more expensive) eco-foam mattress for our bedroom years ago, so we bought a T&N twin for our daughter who was on a very old spring mattress. She had been wanting a matress like ours so badly. She LOVES it and we love laying with her at night. I think it is more comfortable than our mattress. Whenever we have to replace a mattresses, it will be with a T&N! The price, delivery and set up is a breeze. If you buy something more than a twin, you will likely need a little help getting it unpackaged and on the frame.
