I would've like the mattress to be softer to me is more firm and has less cushioned. I have not have pain on my pressure points. I have not woken up because of pain or discomfort.

I bought it to replace another popular online bed store product and this one is quite superior. It has just the right amount of firmness. The Tuft & Needle bed had none of the lingering, acrid off-gassing that led me to return the competitive product.

I loved the ease of having a mattress in my new apartment. The mattress is also quite affordable and comfortable!
Two product suggestions that a friend and I were suggesting:
1. Having a ripcord on the airtight mattress. My friend, who cut open the airtight seal with scissors mentioned that it was tricky to cut without cutting the mattress's cover. A ripcord would make that part of the process just one level more quick and awesome!
2. The final addition that would make this mattress experience highly exceptional is if the bottom of the box somehow came with cheap optional wheels, so that you could roll your package to your destination.

A very comfortable mattress at an incrdibly reasonable price. What kept it from being a 10 was that the full mattress I purchased is about 6 inches short of being a full on my box springs and my contour sheets fit very loosely. It also doesn't breathe as well as I'd hoped, but the addition of a quilted liner seems to help.

We've been sleeping peacefully on it the past few weeks and as long as it lasts another 11 months without any concaves, this will be my favorite mattress.
