This is our 4th tuft and needle mattress. All of our children and my husband and I love these mattresses. We previously had a tempurpedic and while it was nice we wanted to upgrade to a king but couldn’t stomach the price. We gave tuft and needle a try after some friends suggested it. Three years later and we still love them. Also their customer service is amazing. There was a mixup with an extra long twin sent instead of a regular twin. They quickly replaced it and made it a super easy process.

I have loved all three of the T&N mattresses I’ve bought since the company was started.
This new twin mattress I bought a month ago is short by an inch and a half and cut in an angle.
I wish there was a QC/QA on the manufacturing floor.

I purchased this mattress about 1.5 months ago. Sometimes, I wake up with a sore neck and shoulders. Maybe I'm still not used to the bed...? Overall, it was SO easy to set up and that was the reason for 3 stars!
