So far the mattress is very comfortable. It was affordable and provided us a low risk option with the 100 day send back guarantee. And free shipping! For us, all of these things allowed us to give it a try without laying on it in a store. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone to at least try. So far, we are very satisfied with it.

The process from ordering to shipping to receiving was flawless. The mattress didn't have a bad or overly manufactured smell to it. Within seconds it unrolled and puffed up to its full size. The bed is comfortable and stable. My husband and I haven't gone mattress hunting in ten years because of our last experience with mattress buying. We really needed a new mattress and my sister suggested Tuft&Needle. I will in turn pass on the tip to others I meet looking for a mattress!
