The mattress is firm but very comfortable. My daughter is a dancer who tests her physical endurance to the limit every day. The mattress is the perfect consistency and has helped with minor aches while offering a superior night's sleep.

I have actually recommended 2 friends who bought it! They love it! We finally got ours, and so far, it's not working for my husband. He still wakes up with shoulder pain.
