Mattress too soft for us. We returned it after about 2 months of back pain. The process of ordering, receiving, & returning was flawless at each stage. Too bad it didn't work out. We now have a very firm mattress and are happy with it.

I was nervous on comfort and I sleep on my side quite a bit, but was surprised at how soft it felt on my side even though it's a "firmer" mattress. I used to get shoulder pain from sleeping on my side on my old mattress and haven't had it since I got this one! My only reason for 4 instead of 5 is that I feel like it sleeps hot and I've had to adjust with different sheets and a mattress topper that is slightly cooler. It'll feel great in some seasons, but I'm not a fan of that in the summer!
