The price was great and shipping was very fast. The mattress was easy to open, I'm a 5 foot tall female and I opened the king size mattress myself with no problems. The mattress is pretty firm but in the 2 weeks since the first night it has softened quite a bit.

mattress is great, no back pain which is what was really important for me - ive tried 3 mattresses in the last 3 months but the T&N mattress was the only one without pain, feels like 2k matress for only 600$

Bed is awesome and most comfortable. Only error is the twin I ordered is shorter then I expected, once you get your pillows and get comfortable even at 5'7" I am some how off the bed so only order twin XL
