The mattress is as hard as a rock. I cannot sleep on it without waking in extreme pain. I want to return it but i' m a 58 year old disabled person and I have no idea how I'm gonna return it.

Our Tuft and Needle experience has been superb! We ordered on the weekend and it was there on Tuesday. The bed was comfy from the first night, awakening the next morning without my usual aches and creaky body. I am thrilled with the product, process and the value.
