Price was great, like the 10 year warranty and the chance to try it out for 100 days. Mattress looks and feels great. A bit on the firm side but I'm getting used to it. My in laws slept on it for a few nights and loved it.

I don't know yet. It hurts my wife's neck but she is trying to adjust. The mattress hangs over our twin XL bases and sometimes feels like we may roll out of bed if we get too close to the edge. Other than that, very comfortable.

I can only sleep on my back to escape breathing the odor coming from the mattress. The plastic smell doesn't go-away from the mattress even its about two weeks.
I'm waiting to see one more week to see if it can break through. So far i like my Amerisleep memory foam mattress better.
