Too firm to keep, but stellar customer service

Unfortunately, the Original was too firm for my husband and me. We are both side and back sleepers and the mattress left us sore. We probably should have started with the Mint. In any case, the return process was cheerful and incredibly accommodating, so we can't complain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
