It is everything I have needed in a bed. The price is reasonable, it's light, free shipping saves money, the 10yr guarantee is nice. It is soft but firm, comfortable, cool, n supportive. Easy to get out of bed. Less tossing n turning. My body aches are less n my back is doing better. My son n I really love are mattresses.

It was easy. I did't have to shop at a mattress store. The mattress came quickly. The instructions were clear - The video was very helpful. I like the 100 days to experience the mattress and I like how it will be donated to a charity if it doesn't work for me. And, the mattress is comfortable.
