Simple, easy to set up, no smell, firm but not hard, so far very pleased. Edges are a bit softer than I would like, would be a good feature improvement for the basic no memory foam model. Buying experience was also very easy and smooth, I really liked the simple no nonsense process and the sales rep could not have been more friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this mattress and brand.
