Process was simple. Helpful articles and videos were provided. Received product quickly and was easy to unwrap. Loved the surprise treats included. Still getting used to the bed. It's a 180 compared to our previous mattress which was a pillow top mattress, but seems to be fine.

I like the mattess but it is not significantly better than my old mattress. One thing I don't like about it is that the edge of the bed gets very compress when sitting on it which is not a big factor but a bit annoying when I sit on the edge to put on my shoe.
