Only have been sleeping on it a short time. My neck has been hurting. I think I may need to get one of your pillows. As far as ease of order and delivery - you get a 10. I am sure the score will increase after a few more nights : )

I have had the best sleep since I have began sleeping on the T&N. Every time I go to sleep, it is like a gift to myself.
