I thought it would be more comfortable, but it's not as soft as I needed. I still have back problems.

The bed is UNREAL. So comfortable, and not to mention it got to me in 2 days! Haven't slept better since we got this mattress. I've referred 3 people so far :)

Had to add a foam pad on top of mattress to help with heat. It was HOT otherwise.

It was very firm at first. I was afraid it was not going to be a right fit for us. Then it seemed to soften slightly or I just adjusted to it. I have slept wonderfully and have not woke up stiff and sore. Our old mattress I would be so stiff in my neck and back. I love our new mattress.

So far a have been sleeping on it for almost two weeks. I adjusted to it very quick. So far I love it. My back pains are getting better little by little. After changing 4 times in five years different brands names I think this one is it! I will recommended to others!

The entire process from ordering, to payment, to on-time delivery, was flawless. Instructions for unpacking were on point, and of course, the mattress itself is absolutely as advertised: firm, comfortable, very supportive, and cool... all leading to a great sleep experience.
