The mattress is so comfortable, firm support but soft enough not to create any pressure points like other mattresses

The simplicity of the materials used and the delivery/packaging process. It puffs up right away as opposed to an ikea matress which takes days to fully form out of box. Very satified!!

The firmness and the softness, amazingly comfortable!

The protector I am not crazy about, I have to continuously straighten it out even though I tuck it in tight.

Easy peasy to set up!! Not too hard and not too soft... We wake with less and less back pain everyday as we are adjusting from a terrible mattress. I love that I can get out of bed and not disturb my hisband or the aleeping toddler between us!!
