This is my second T&N mattress. The first was with my ex, and it was a king. I like a firm mattress, and this mattress is wonderful for me. I recall how much of a pain the King was to maneuver, and was pleasantly surprised with how easy the Queen was to get into place and move around both in and out of the package. No odor, I can sit on the edge and put on socks/shoes without sinking, and I’m 250lbs. I highly recommend this mattress.

TN customer service is 5 stars, mattress is about 4 stars. We had to get our mattress warrantied after 2 weeks of owning it, due to one side being notably more soft/saggy. This was a very easy process. The replacement is comfortable, however the other side of the bed does have a bit of a firmness different as well. Not sure if we got two bad apples or this is just par for the course. The areas of the beds that have the standard firmness feel great, however there is something left to be desired.

My wife and I bought the mattress a week ago and it is fantastic. I don’t snore and I don’t wake her up when I get up. It’s very comfortable best we ever purchased. I definitely would recommend it to all my friends and family
