The mattress did not work for me, but the return process was straightforward and the company was extremely helpful. I have no doubt in the quality of the mattress, however, I simply don’t think foam mattresses are for me.
If you need a firmer mattress you may not enjoy the mattress either. I was disappointed because I slept on a Tuft and Needle queen mattress on vacation and had no issues, so I almost wonder if the king size gets softer because of... dispersion? I don’t know but I do know it’s not Tuft and Needles fault, and they made the return process painless.
As for the result of sleeping in the foam, after three weeks I was waking up with such sharp pain in my upper back it was taking my breath away a bit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s much firmer than I thought it would be. My husband loves it, but I prefer something a tad less firm. This bed is for our spare bedroom so should work for occasional use. We did, however, purchase the Mint mattress for our king size bed and after only 2 nights of sleeping on it, I have to say that we love it! I was hesitant to get it since the original is so firm, but after reading reviews I took a chance and happy I did...

The mattress was ordered for my preteen child. This child loves the mattress. They say it's the most comfortable mattress they've ever slept on. I would make this purchase again.

Very comfy! I love how firm it is, but it doesn’t feel like a rock. I did so much research before buying and this seems to most affordable bed while still being filled with organic and sustainable materials. Customer service was very helpful as well!

I recently moved from California to Texas. I had the foresight to order and ship a full size mattress to my new home ahead of my goods arriving. This allowed me to sleep in my new home until my furniture arrived. I would not have been able to sleep comfortably were it not for the Tuft & Needle full-size mattress I bought. It's now going into my guest room, where I know my guests will appreciate it.
