I really like the mattress. However, I have found because it is so different than a spring mattress, I need to get new pillows. I'm totally okay with this, nothing I read or saw previous to purchasing led me to proactively purchase pillows.

The ordering, delivery and set up instructions were very easy and helpful. We are still getting used to the feeling of this mattress so need more time before we can totally recommend this product.

Going on two weeks, now, we're thinking that our king mattress is too firm so far. My wife's backache has worsened in the morning when we get up, and my shoulder is not a happy camper. Leaning toward returning it and trying something else. Maybe a topper?
