So far the mattress has been perfect for me to sleep on. I'm rested, don't feel achy in the mornings, and don't wake up during the night because my body aches. Found out that some of my fitted sheets are too small for the 10" mattress. Small matter to deal with. Buying was convenient. Unpacked and opened the mattress with no problem. I'm 68 years old, so appreciated not needing help to "assemble " the mattress.

This was a great mattress purchasing experience even though we will be donating our tuft an needle mattress. Just a bit to firm for us.

Cost, ease of ordering on line, 100 night test, 10 year warranty, I have had the bed a short time therefore a score of 9. I have a temperpedic bed in other bedroom I bought in 2003 and it is still great. I will compare the two over time.

Great user interface on the website. Quick delivery. Easy set up. Currently is slightly firmer than I'd like but I know it needs to be broken in a little.

I am very sensitive to odors. The initial off gassing smell took a bit longer than I would have liked. The mattress is pretty comfortable, not amazing comfotable. I'm a skinny guy and I wake up some times with sore pressure point areas. I'm hopeful that the mattress will continue to break in and soften up a bit more.
