The customer service was a 5 Star and the mattress arrived within a few days which I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately the mattress did not work out for us, it was too firm.

Mattress came quickly and was very easy to set up. It’s super comfortable and quite firm. I am however a hot sleeper and think I’ve never been hotter on a mattress in my life and will be looking for a replacement.

We purchased a similar mattress 6 years ago from another company. After moving, we decided to purchase a new mattress and use our old one for a guest bedroom. This mattress is the most comfortable we have ever purchased. A bit more firm than the last which serves us better. Going to purchase another one for our other guest bedroom. It does not feel hot to me nor do I cocoon when sleeping due to the great support. Can't beat the price, customer service and delivery. In fact, I was amazed by the in depth conversation with customer service when considering this mattress. Give it my highest recommendation!
