Love this mattress and the company! All of the follow ups during and after the purchase as well as the first 100 nights. Plus the donation of the bed if I were to not like it for a full refund. Amazing. K can't say anything bad about this company. Or the bed. Amazing.

It is a firm but very comfortable mattress. Our son and daughter-in-law want to get one to replace their old Tempur-Pedic mattress.

A bit early to say any higher. Wish there were more support at the edges, when I'm just sitting at the edge of the bed, but that's a memory foam–mattress thing, I think, not a T&N thing. Very happy so far.

It has taken me quite awhile to adjust to this style mattress. I tried a Casper first. I like the Tuft and Needle and as long as you prefer a firmer mattress I think it is the way to go.
My biggest complaint is quality control. The king size mattress is smaller in dimension by nearly 2 inches from a regular kingsize mattress. This makes it difficult to fit sheets. "Almost" is not good enough. Pay a bit more attention to ensure that the mattresses are actually 76 x 80 and not 74.5 x 80.
