I chose tuft &needle based on a friend's experience and Consumer Report. It is the best mattress! I have major back issues and the my new mattress has helped a lot. The ease of set up was unbelievable.

I love my mattress!! I sleep so well on it - feel refreshed everyday! Also, ordering and receiving it was SO EASY!! I needed to find a new apartment in a pinch and getting a new bed easily and quickly was a life saver!

We received speedy delivery and good follow-up. Still getting accustomed to the new feel, so jury still out on that. With the great no-fault return policy, a strong recommendation is easy!

I love the mattress and already recommended it to my team at work and several close friends. I enjoy the balance of firmness and comfort. My fiancé however does not like the mattress because she prefers something softer.

Was recommended by a coworker to try this mattress. I was skeptical at first but after reading reviews and doing research on foam mattresses, I gave it a go.
One huge improvement in my sleep is, I feel rested after 5 hrs of sleep vs. 9 hours on a standard spring mattress.

I'm still having some trouble with comfort but it is still the best I have slept on in a long time. You answered anything I asked, it was easy and your guarantee is great.

I really like the mattress, but being a smaller individual I've been waking up with an achy back around my mid-back. Hoping that my body and the mattress adjusts within the next week or so, as I really want to keep this mattress! I really like your business model and the product seems to by very high quality.
