I just fall asleep more quickly and tend to stay asleep much more. Also I spent a night this past weekend as a visitor at someone else's home and they had a standard innerspring mattress. When I woke up in the morning I felt like somebody had beaten me up.

It's comfortable..I'd prefer a harder mattress but it was a gift so I'll take it.
