It was a bit softer than we expected. We both have pain issues that this bed did not help, and actually made worse. Everything else about the transaction was wonderful.

We love our new mattress. We both used to wake up with back/shoulder pain. Since getting our mattress, we have noticed little to no back pain.
It's an amazing mattress!

Shipping is a huge benefit and the comfort is unsurpassed. I've had tempurpedic and this is much more comfortable and much cooler.

I like the bed so far but not 100% sure it's for me, it is more on the firm side than I am use to, however it is trying to grow on me.

The jury is still out on whether we will get a hump in middle of mattress! Thought after 2 weeks that this might be starting to happen. Hoping this doesn't happen in 1st 100 days.
