The mattress is supportive yet soft, and it is "just right" for both me and my husband, who are very different sizes. Well done, Tuft and Needle.

I so want to like this company and mattress. So far company is good. But the mattress isn't improving my sleep. Even my daughter keeps asking to sleep on a different bed. I think it might not be supportive enough for us. It's hasn't been two weeks yet, so I'm waiting. But I'm also still waking up with an achey back. In fact, my back seems worse than on my 20 year old mattress and box spring.

I was a little hesitant to order a mattress online but based on all of the great reviews, 100 night sleep, money-back guarantee, I thought there was no reason not to give it a try. This mattress is very comfortable. I did not have to get used to sleeping on it. There was no breaking in time. I have slept well on it since day one. Delivery and set up was very easy. An added plus is it works with our bed which has slats.
