Only used the mattress for two nights and so far its been a very nice experience. Easy to setup and use, got my question answer via chat on your website.

The customer service and personal, friendly, and prompt response to my questions have been stellar, as was the very quick shipping and the fabulous level of detail. The mattress itself will take some getting used to because of how very firm it is (a dense foam mattress pad has been added to help supplement that process).
I have three recommendations/opportunities for growth to T & N:
1) Consider making the top layer a little bit softer/with a little more give to it (I rate the current firmness 8/10)
2) Consider placing a piece of tape on the most outside clear plastic wrapping to help the consumer identify in what direction to lay the unwrapped mattress (ie. "This Side Up" with arrows directing either crosswise or lengthwise over the boxspring or platform). I have a boxspring with a bed skirt that became twisted under the mattress when I discovered the correct direction to position the mattress in (after it started unfolding). It was challenging to lift the unfolded mattress while simultaneously straightening the bedskirt underneath it.
3) Consider broadening the age diversity of the models chosen for the booklet that accompanies the mattress (I'm routing for the baby-boomer team :)

Unbelievably wonderful mattress. Never owned a foam mattress before and after 3 hours - I am in love with my Tuft and Needle. I'm 6'5 250 pounds and the support I get is wonderful. No more morning backache for me! Love It!

Great mattress. It could use some easy way to band it to box spring. It's light weight and does shift a lot.

I was hoping this mattress will help relieve the pain I have been developing after laying on mattress for 5-6 hours. Still waiting to see if improves.
