Have used queen bed for 3 weeks. Item arrived as scheduled. Easy to unpack and place on bed.

I like the mattress and the website was quick and easy. The delivery was on time. The mattress is just a little too soft for me. My Temperpedic is more comfortable but for my guest room, this one is just fine. And at 1/5 the cost of the Temperpedic!

I really like it. I did think it was firm at first, but after a couple of days, it was really great! It had enough give and softness for comfort, but firmness for support and stability. When I bought this mattress I was in so much back pain, but I haven't felt any pain since I started sleeping on it!
