The communications, video that shows how to unpack it, emails telling you when it hit your porch from FedEx to the wonderful comfort of the bed. I love it!!

I woke up with back and neck pain every morning. After the 1st night, I couldn't believe it. No lower back pain!! My neck is better also. I tell everyone about my bed. I can wait to get in it at night.!!!!!

I'm very picky on pillows and mattresses.. i like firm and my wife likes softer.
this mattress is both and fits us perfectly.
we have the pillows also and love both..
now we sleep comfortly and soundly

I chose 9 because there is no such thing as a 10,which would be utter perfection. Your mattress ranks high on the scale. I am very pleased with it so far. You can give yourselves a nice "pat" on the "back".

I have only had my mattress for a week and a few days. But I can tell you when I go to bed I fall asleep quickly,I sleep through the night, and wake up refreshed. Ready for the next White House SNAFU.
