Order process was easy and straight forward. Shipping was completed within reasonable time frame. The bed itself is comfortable. However, all in all, bed is overpriced. We ordered this bed based on a recommendation of a friend, but there are other beds as comfortable at much less cost.

The ease of ordering online and the delivery process was quick.
The mattes had really no bad oder, we were able to sleep on it the same night.
My boyfriend found it very comfortable, his arm would be numb every morning, that stopped with the new matress.
I also feel it is very comfortable when I sleep on my back, I usally like to sleep on my side, I feel the mattes is somewhat to firm causing me some pain in my pressure points. I hope it will become more soft in time? I still love this matress
more than any other bed I have owned.

This is the best mattress I have ever had. It was also ridiculously easy to set up. Price? It was very reasonable.I haven't had it long, but the 10 year warranty gives me a lot of confidence for the future.

When I got the mattress it had a very strong chemical order. Such that I had to leave the mattress uncovered and wash the bed sheets and covers twice to get rid of the smell. It lasted about 5 days.
It is now gone, but this should be done at the factory to eliminate the problem.
