Not being able to try the mattress out before I bought it; I was worried about it being too soft and saggy. When it arrived, I placed it in the bed frame and had a lie-down. It is soft, but firm. It's super-comfy. I'm glad I bought this specific mattress. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good mattress. Thanks for making it!

My wife and I are not comfortable sleeping on it. We feel each other moving around more than we did on our previous bed.

It was hard to open the plastic once out of the box not wanting to cut the mattress otherwise so far all in good
