The bed is great and I appreciate that Tuft and Needle supported the Phoenix Film Festival.

The mattress is great value for the price. I feel like I've slept an hour extra on this mattress compared to conventional spring mattresses. And I don't feel any of the stiffness I used to feel before.

It's very comfortable, just not quite as 'tall/deep' as I expected

Super easy ordering process. Great communications when product was being shipped. Easy to unpack, unroll, and prepare to sleep on. Very comfortable! Zero complaints! I just hope it lasts!
