There had been a prolonged and noxious off-gassing from the mattress and it still smells like chemicals. Makes it hard to recommend at this point

I'm 63 and very picky about mattresses. No matter what price I paid in the past, they always broke down and caused back pain in less than 6 months. I tried out my new mattress for 15 months before giving this review. I love my T&N mattress so much and my parents (in their 80s) liked mine and are now happy owners of their own mattress as well. After allowing the short break-in time, I found it very comfortable with just the right amount of firmness (which I need for my back). If you are on the fence and not sure you want to try one, I suggest you give it a try. I will not buy any other brand in the future and the convenience of it arriving quickly and setting up easily was awesome. Thank you Tuft & Needle, great product!
