You get a "ten" because there is no "eleven" !! We absolutely love our new mattress. It is nice and firm and super comfortable!!

Ordering processs and delivery was great, but the top gel layer has a strong, chemical smell that doesn't go away for a long time (will it ever?); it's going on 2 weeks now and seems to smell as strong as it did on day one:(
