It is soft upon lying upon it, but it is not gooey, rather, it is comfortably firm and I sleep like a baby.

Website was easy to navigate. Delivery and set up went smoothly. The mattress is a little firmer than anticipated and so we are still in the adjustment phase. It could be as simple as it’s winter and our home is kept at a cooler temperature. For now we have a 2.5 in mattress topper on it and are sleeping well. Need more time for an full review.

Company slept on it before I did so I’ve only experienced 2 nights. So far it has been comfortable. Hoping it will stay that way.
