Mattress is great but the cover arrived with smudges and a bit of something that looked like black mold! Gross. Threw it away but mattress is comfy so far.

My lower back isn't as supported as it was by my old tempur-pedic, but it's pretty good. I've been sleeping great overall.

We have already told friends. We have loved it from the first night! There was no "getting used to" the new mattress. It's been a perfect fit. My husband was skeptical when I told him about your mattress (because it is foam and comes in a box). I thought it would be a good mattress for us, or at least me, because i have arthritis in both of my shoulders and i toss and turn a lot and sometimes I would wake up and an arm would be asleep. Well i am very happy to tell you that since we have had or new mattress I have been sleeping better and I haven't had pain with my arms. Thank you!
