The comfort is as promised. It is quality made and it is amazing it came packed in a box. Made in the USA is an added bonus.

I'm not certain I'll be keeping it due to the lack of perimeter support. I feel like I can't sleep close to the edge because it makes me feel like I'm sliding off. Other than that I like it, but if I have to stay 2' in from the edge and my husband does that as well, it lessens the sleep area quite a bit for us.

Ordering the mattress was very convenient. Delivery was fast. Setting up the mattress was super easy. In fact, I can't say enough good things about the whole process. But the test of a mattress is: is it comfortable and how well did I sleep? I can't tell enough people about how well I slept on this mattress! LOVE IT!

You delivered the mattress faster than promised so that is very big in my book. Secondly and most important the mattress is everything that you promised. After 10 nights on it I am confident in saying it wont be returned. I am already recommending you to family and friends.

no handles to lift mattress
when sitting on edge it sags more then my current mattress
could be slightly firmer. I weigh 164.
i will call for old mattress to be picked up .
miss delivery. came a day earlier
