Ease of ordering. Convenience of packaging for setup in a room with a very narrow staircase. Ease of setup. Comfort of mattress. Great job on all fronts.

Convenience, quality of product, fun, quirky ads on bill boards and price. Oh,and Rachel Ramsey recommended you so as she is Dave Ramsey's daughter, I know it is a good deal! We love the product and willy ONLY buy T&N mattresses when we are ready to buy new.

The mattress itself is excellent and the experience of buying it has been outstanding. It's obvious that Tuft & Needle has put a lot of thought into the whole process and they have great attention to detail.
