i like that shipping was very fast, only about 3 days. It was very comfortable, though a little more firm than i was hoping for, but my body will adjust. Set up was difficult, we accidently snipped the inside plastic layer at the same time as the outer so it started expanding before we were ready. it is definitely a two person job, so if you live alone find a friend to help you!

Fabulously comfortable. Soft but firm. Didn't break my bank. Delivery was prompt & perfect. Easy set up.
