The customer service is exceptional. The delivery is always on time and sometime earlier than expected. But the product is absolutely awesome. I now have two T&N mattresses and I have not been disappointed in the least. What a great deal. I even gave my temper pedic away!

With the price increase, and the firmness of your mattress, I might or might not recommend it to a friend. I feel that the mattress needs a bit more give to better support the body (hips and shoulders for side sleepers) while the firm sub base "as is" I think is sufficient.

We love the convenience, comfort, value, and simplicity, but not everyone prefers a foam mattress.

It would have been much, much higher of a recommendation, had I not received the email the other day, that you are raising prices.

Great product. Easy process from ordering online, shipping/tracking/ and delivery! Even easier was the set up (unboxing to placing over the bed slats). Plus the feel of the mattress is firm, just the way I like it. I may order a pillow next.

My back has been tight and tense from a car accident about 20 years ago. I went to chiropractors for years and only achieved temporary results. After the first night of sleeping on the Tuft & Needle, my arms felt longer because my shoulders and back are so relaxed. I never thought a mattress could make such a difference.
