The product arrived quickly after ordering, and I appreciated the info delivered via email along the way (it was the perfect amount of info...when it was shipped, when it was delivered, how to set up, etc). The mattress if comfortable without feeling like quicksand and keeps us cool. The cost was a value compared to similar products. Considering purchasing another before prices increase on June 1.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend the mattress is if they wanted a super soft mattress. I think the firmness/softness balance is perfect, but I know people who essentially want to sleep on marshmallows.

It's rather firm. We prefer a luxurious feel! It's cool, the whole concept, but I don't lay down thinking "wow, that's the best mattress I've ever had!"
