The mattress works well for me; I am quite happy with it, but it hurts my wife's back. I think that to experience the maximum benefit of the mattress we will need to get a mattress topper. However, the quality of the mattress is definitely a great value for the price, and because of that, purchasing a mattress topper does not seem unreasonable at all.

All of it! Perfect firmness while still being comfortable. Back and hip pains have disappeared after less than a week with our Tuft & Needle mattress. Highly recommend!
